Absolutely delicious. Definitely the best Indian food in the valley IMO. The portion sizes are great for the price, the flavors are amazing. We ordered all vegetarian dishes and they were wonderful, and there's a great selection on the menu. The naan was thin, but very delicious. The paneer butter masala was my personal favorite.

I love this place. Methi Matar Malai is my favorite dish here! Lots of great vegetarian options. Friendly staff, great calm and low key atmosphere. I come here often!

Great butter chicken. We also enjoy the garlic naan and coconut rice. Also liked the coconut naan. Food is good, but spicy level can be a bit hit or miss. I ordered channa masala once wanting it just a little spicy, but it turned out too spicy and hurt my tummy.

We tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago. We ordered the malai kofta and chicken vindaloo. Both were delicious. I first discovered malai kofta in Nepal >10 years ago and have been searching for a version to rival that first dish ever since. Imagine my surprise to find it at Signature Indian Cuisine. The dumplings were an excellent consistency and the gravy perfectly spiced. The chicken vindaloo was nicely portioned and the chicken moist. The garlic naan was also very good. We will definitely be returning here.

Signature is now our go to for Indian food in the Valley since we first tried it! Delicious food, generous portions, and great prices! Really flavourful food. We've had veggie and paneer pakoras, butter chicken, biryani, and naan. I always want to try new items but our usual order is too good! The chicken is always tender, the butter chicken sauce tastes great (at any spice level...at some places mild can be bland) and the naan is soft and delicious. Family and friends we've eaten with have also loved it!

This is an absolute undiscovered gem in Courtenay! We have had the lamb curry, peas pulao and the yellow daal. Everything was fantastic! The food came out fresh and hot within ten minutes. Masala chai was very good too. Service with a smile here. The young man taking our orders is actually an international level swimmer! He made recommendations on the food, and got the spice levels to our liking. A perfect meal!

Signature is the best Indian restaurant in town. Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. All dishes are packed with flavour and are set at an amazing price! The service is always wonderful, too. I hope one day they will get some gluten free naan, but that might be wishful thinking. :)

We on travel in Van Island and visiting Courtenay. We went in here for lunch. Place had good seating and good atmosphere. Serves were awesome. Food was more than good portions and was good flavor. Mutton briyani and Tandoori chicken Lamb combo. I loved it all.
